We were so lucky to find this house. It's on an acre of land and is surrounded by pine trees. We found this house the second day we were here. I knew as soon as we seen it that I wanted to rent it. Everyone that moved down here with Heatcraft can't believe how lucky we got.

Wow...it looks really nice. When do you guys close on your house here?
Well, we were suppose to close on the 10th. But the guy who wants to buy can't get his house sold. He is prequalified for our house, but... pray that it sells. It really sucks paying 2 house payments.
